Hi all, I heard a lot about Posh Spice's use of pu-erh tea for weight loss. Does anyone know how it gives her such great results and where to get the stuff?

I have been drinking Pu-erh tea now for a couple of months and i fancied a change from green tea, and i think this tea has really really helped with my digestion,(as i have M.E) a my stomah feels flatter and not bloated. i like even more for the fact it has alot more healing properties than green tea. I get it ordered in from Hong Kong, so if any body needs any, (i will reduce cost)i sell it on ebay too...here is my link ;-

hi ive just brought Pu-erh tea but it only says 3 time a day how long do u brew it for and wot are the side affects many thanx Paula ( ive been in the loo alot just for a wee )

Also, I think they sell it on e-bay or if you do a search on pu-erh tea there are some places that sell over the internet. The main ones that I could find did seem to be American though, maybe you might have better luck than me.

I also read somewhere that Ms Beckham drinks green tea, which is meant to help speed up metabolism. Tetley do a range, I ahve the Green Tea with Lemon. I thought it was awful at first but I quite enjoy it now, it's better to not let it brew for more than a minute.

Well I think I will stick to my fruit tea - I love it.

Talking of the beckhams did you know they use Dreamtan to protect their sheets when tanning, just a little whisper I heard on the grape vine.
