Does sudocrem really work for spots?

Pretty straightforward question but I'm suffering from a break out on my chin and i hate it!! i ran for the clearasil but a couple of people have said to me sudocrem. are they taking the pee? Nappy rash cream? really? xx

It really does work, drys out the spots I think. As soon as I feel a spot popping up the sudocrem is out with the blink of an eye...and If i miss one and it manages to develop I use sudocrem and its noticeably less visible by the next day
