Miracle needed..... in seven weeks!
Hi all!
I am going on the trip of a lifetime in 7 weeks and I need to lose some serious weight and inches quickly!
This is what I am doing currently:
Breakfast - two weetabix with skimmed milk
Lunch- two slices of wholemeal bread with 2 Laughing Cow (light) triangles with sliced cucumber and tomato, no butter and yoghurt (low fat)
Snack- banana/apple/nectarine
Tea- either chicken, quorn, fish with salad or veg and /or potato and a yog for pud
Not coming off very quickly and it's really starting to get me down! Any suggestions? Doing 10 minutes on bike every day and half hour of stomach toning/weights- know I could do more but I am allergic to excercise and this is realistic for me!
