Simple or vitamin e

Hi,

I find that either the cleanser, toner, & moistuiser from the Simple range or Vitamin e from Body Shop are really good ones to use. They aren't heavily perfumed or anything so they don't tend to cause a reaction with skin. Plus vitamin e is good for repairing skin.

Cleanser

I'd strongly recommend Pupose bar cleanser-it's very gentle. However it works best for oily skin because i've heard some people complain about dryness (it wasn't an issue for me though) but, you can try the liquid form which many prefer.

Eve lom!

I would recommend Eve Lom. I love this cleanser. It is packed full of essential oils that are so good for your skin and comes with a muslin cloth to remove the cleanser and gently exfoliate your skin.. I also have acne and I found that this got rid of all my blemishes. It is expensive but worth every penny.

Hi

I went to a dermatologist a while ago for combination skin/acne. He said not to use anything but Dove for sensitive skin. I have used it for 30 years without incident. If you need a moisturizer try Olay Original scent free. No breakouts.

I work within beauty and the bst cleansers and moisturisers i haveworked with have been from REN. They firstly have no parabens ( bad bad stuff) or any nasties.

I use the combinatin one myself, its light and really does have controling oil balance as well as there cleanser which is in a gel form, as creams are better siter to dry or senstive skins.

If not then i would checkout either Green people, hmmm dr hauschka i find waaay to heavy , soo the other id say is maybe Akin. Lovely products.

The best is easier to find than you think

You need to use a product that suits your skin type and it seems to me that you need to speak with a beauty consultant to give you some advice on the types of products to use.

Best skincare

Hi,
I've used Clarins for a long time and find that it really helps my combination skin. Also Freeze 24/7 great for anti-ageing. Try www.beauty21.co.uk, as they are quite cheap for this.
