Tanning pills v tanning injections

hi there im mandy does anyone knows which is safer and best to use as ive stopped goin to the sunbeds now n cant decide dnt thk i like the idea of injecting myself does anyone know of anything tht works so i can have a healthier tan the safer way would appreciate all tips n advice on this thxs mx
