Had first ba. 425-500cc can't decide.

so i did my first ba saturday. i really like the dr and am set on using him. i am tall and very tiny framed 5 10 125-130 size 2-4 US. i am starting with a 32-34c bra size. i am going to do 425cc-500cc of silicone gummy bear over the breast. i wondered from you guys how much of a difference that usually makes (the extra 75cc). thank you all. i am going back for one more consult and doing them in Jan as opposed to Feb like i thought. i just cannot wait.
