Tuo viso facial exerciser

Hi,

Has anyone else got a Tuo Viso? I would like to find out if anyone else has had problems with it as I bought mine around October 2007, I've used it religeously and although it works there seem to be problems with my device. Firstly it keeps on flashing on and off and beeping repeatedly between exercises, I called Tuo Viso and they told me to put it in an airing cupboard to dry out, now, I think that's a little unprofessional and they'd obviouslly said this on a number of occassions which leads me to believe there is a design fault of some kind. Now it's started to get worse and was told yet again to put it back in the airing cupboard! Since then I've sent it back and am waiting for a replacement. I'd like to know if anyone else has had a similar experience they're very expensive so you'd think they could work properly.
