Are bubble skirts still trendy or so yesterday???

I don't know how to keep up with fashion, as i don't get into the clothes shops very often (charity shops yes!!)
but i like to look modern and don't want to fall behind (too far) with the latest trends!! i generally can't afford to buy the clothes but i like to know where we are at!! just in case i find a bargain!!!!
So tell me whats fashionable eg the bubble skirt which i bought on sale (which makes me wonder if they are so last season and don't go out in it!!!)
Anyone with a few suggestions into what to wear please leave a little message!!

Yes they are definitely in! I love bubble skirts and all my friends do too and they are da LATEST fashion available! Don't be shy to go out there and share you passion with bubble skirts!

Trends

Be careful not to follow fashion purely for the sake of it as you may not be able to carry off the current hot look and it will end up looking all wrong. Personally I am guided by Glamour Magazine and pick my favourites from to 2 or 3 key trends that seem to be going on at any particualar time but then adapt it to my own body shape and personality so I don't look like a clone or like I'm trying too hard.

I've noticed a number of people who have been doing the denim miniskirt with footless tights in the middle of this hot summer weather we have been having in the UK. This seems really silly to me as it will keep your legs soo hot and doesn't look great anyway. I've been doing the denim miniskirt with vest top think throughout this hot weather simply coz it looks good regardless of whatever the current trend is and keeps me feeling comfortable and cool in this hot weather.
