im so annoyed with my ghd's they keep breaking so i have found an alternative way to curl my hair. Its called sedusa and its a diffusser that you place on the end of your hair dryer and it creates the most beautiful beach waves. its only £39.75 check out the website www.rockmist.co.uk

How about doing the 'please help me' girly thing at your local elecricians and they could do a PAT test (to check the electrics are still safe) or e-mail GHD and ask them to check them for you? their customer service shouls offer to help. I wouldn't advise risking it - unless you want a free curly perm! H

I broke the button on my GHD's so i sent them to GHD with a note explaining could they repair them and to send me a bill for the repair!
They sent me a new pair of straightners AND my postage fees back 10 days later in the form of a cheque!
Was absolutley outstanding service! maybe you should contact their customer service department and aske what you should do!?
I don't know what i'd do without mine!!
