Looking for a tie cuff shirt

Hi ladies, I don't even know if I'm posting in the right place here, but hope you can help.
I saw a lady in Harvey Nics wearing a gorgeous but simple white fitted shirt with tie cuffs. Does anyone know where I can get one or who the designer is?
Googled "tie cuff ladies shirt" and no joy
