Full length zips

Hi,
I was in Birmingham the other day and saw a lady wearing a beautiful black dress with a zip that went from neck to hem, and had a zipper at both ends ( I also saw somebody else with a skirt done in a similar way).

I have been looking around the web but can't find any for sale, does anybody have any ideas wheer I can get them please?
