Apparently, George Best will have passed away by the end of the day. how very sad, it would be better to remember him as cheeky Georgie, football star of the 70s than the man he became in his later years.

There is growing debate over how far to treat alcoholics and smokers for alcohol and smoking-related diseases, what does everyone else think?

RIP George, terribly sad. I really feel for his family.

But I read that he was given free treatment by the hospital treating him at the end, and I don't think that's right.
