I saw the nanny's exposé in the News of The World the other day, nothing that we didn't already know, but how humiliating for them. they've really set themselves up fr a fall by courting the media for so long, people almost want their perfect lives to crumble now I think. I can't see what legal action they can take again the paper, as they tried to get an injunction on saturday night to stop the story going to press and it was overruled - doesn't this already mean that the paper has won? If so then it's a greta victory for celebs who pay their staff nothing and gag them with confidentiality clauses, then treat them like rubbish. What does everyone else think? (although to be honest, I'm bvored by them, I was more interested in the legal perpesctive)

It's getting so boring now!
They're bound to split up sooner or later, it's just a shame they have to keep having more children.

...and the papers over here don't write that much about the Beckhams (we've got our own celebrity couples )- what did the nanny say about her life with the Beckhams? Was is really that shocking and revealing? I'm quite interested in that...I should subscribe to some British tabloids to keep in touch with what's going on over there.

I'd be quite happy never to hear anything about them for th rest of my life! She basically sold the diaries to the News of The World, which she had rather cannily kept for the two years during which she worked for them. All sorts of gory details of a failing marriage really, fights on Christmas day, shouting and swearing by David, his affairs were real, the third baby being a last-ditch attempt by Victoria to keep David as apparently he has gone off her etc etc. Basically what the media have been saying here for ages. I suppose they set themselves up really, but neither of them seem that bright, so it's hardly surprising!
