8 governments in 7 years time

The fact I realized today is that here (in Latvia) during 7 past years our government has changed 8 times!!! (even though oficially one gov-t is elected for 4 years)
Thought it was amazing enough to share it with you
Has anyone heard whether we have set the record or somewhere there is even a more unstable government?

Africa?

Maybe some of the African countries?
Some don't even have governments!
After all that change, do you think the situation is better now?
