Hi,

I am a 36 year old French woman and I'd love to set up a business related to French food in England.

I'd love to propose food for lunch in a restaurant, but also French cooking courses, and I'd like to organise parties for single persons, for foreigners who are living in England and, obviously, English persons... a kind of a melting pot place !

I have a husband and two children (4 and 2).

I'd like to have your opinion on this. I know a lot of English persons are very interested in French food.
Are there a lot of places like this in England ?
Would u be interested in a place like this ? What would you except in a place like this ? Is there a service you'd like to have (related to French food) ?
In wich town do you think we should set up ? I am talking about a "human sized" town.

Thanks for your ideas !!!!!

Lauren from France.
