I recently left a job in HR in the oil and gas sector and although I`ve only been unemployed for a month I`m finding it hard finding another HR job that suits my experience (or lack of) and finding a company who haven`t interviewed a lot of candiates therefore the competition being minimsed. Leaving a HR role has made me realise how hard it actually is to get into it and felt I was dealt a 'lucky card' for my previous job. I`ve been to lots of agencies and a handful of interviews but nothing specular seems to be coming of it all. I was just wondering if someone had a similar experience or advice they feel they could share with me? Thanks.
