I am the same I always have Monday morning blues, I work on a reception and hate it actually! i cannot stand my job and i am looking for a new one but havent found anything yet.

I get really bad monday monring blues, sometimes I end up not going in and calling in sick because I just don't feel I can make it to work. God, I hate it! It's not so much my job, which is ok, the people I work with are ok too... I just don't want to go in, simple as that.
Does anyone else ever feel the same?

hi! the solution its very simple.. i work at home, its easy an flexible, i dont have schedule and nobody tell me what to do or how i do, the country when you live doesnt matters and even your language, im from mexico so that my english its very bad je je je

But I agree with cherished that you need to push yourself, otherwise you'll never overcome it and move forward. If you don't like your job, look into changing it.

I feel like that sometimes too, but you need to push yourself to go in. Don't give into it since it probably doesn't make you feel any better to stay home anyways.

You work in a nice place with nice people? I wish I had a similar job!!
Maybe you feel down for other personal motives, I wouldn't know... Have you ever thought of planning some evening outing/hobby on Mondays (go to the movies with friends or any occupation you are fond of)? This way you would have something exciting to long for and it would be easier to wake up in the morning )

I do agree with u'll so far. But as far as work concern we should be loyal towards it in order to get a good name and position. Try it out you can make it. As i do. "Have a nice Monday Morning"
