Occupational health test can i be refused?

Heya guys!

All my life ive been suffering from LOW blood pressure which causes blackouts and fainting attacks!

I had an interview with the NHS for a part time admin job now it appears that my condtion concerns them,
Despite mentioning it on the application form and the interview, can i be refused employement for this?!
