Employers ex making all our lives hell.

i need advise on a awfull work problem, long story short, employer disabled,his ex crazy, alot of damage accusations and violence.
i cant cope much more and its affecting my home life but love my job and dont want to leave, now is when he needs us most. Police not fussed and social worker not to interested either. anyone who may have some advice please pm me and il explain in full.
