Hi, I was wondering how to find a partner for a "not started yet" business (a bed & breakfast in Roma) and then I read your mmessage -
I was actually looking for a man partner in business and life (being just divorced) to share such an investment for I am not sure how much we could earn (in the meaning: will it be good enough for two people sharing the 50% or just for a man&woman living together) -
I am the owner of a quite big property next to a three stars hotel in Roma and I need to be away from the usual job (for I am a "bullying" victim) and find an other way for money: the property can either be better made and it consist in a three flats detached house + dependance -
certainly it isnt like to buy a property, I know: anyway the idea it is to rent at least a flat + dependance (it consist in two studio flat sleeping four that has to be properly building up) for a total of three studio flat sleeping four for a range of more than 90 euro plus per night each being in a touristic zone B (A is the most central and I checked out the price two years ago) -


p.s. - that's just an idea: you can always tell others who would be interested in such a business or better in the first idea of feeling to change way of living and have a go with me (I am 42 female and just get single after 18 years of forced marriage with a man I still cannot like: he was well matched, I wasnt!) and sharing a life in this country and in yours along the year choosing the better place to enjoy life working part time or not at all and running our business together -
