I don't know who is the better singer.They both can sing.Chris Brown's music is more fast paced.He likes 2 sing fast songs.He doesn't have alot of slow songs.Ne-yo's songs are more soft spoken.He has alot of slow songs.But they both can sing.They can sing 2 me anytime.LOL
