I hear Posh spice is loving this pu-erh tea she's been drinking to keep her weight in check.
She gets hers from a fancy tea shop in Spain, but I'm waiting for mine to come in the mail - I ordered online.

I drink decaffenated tea,and i am on a strict diet from the doctor and i am not like her its not the tea shes just a silly ... and strving herself, she will suffer before she gets 40 her bones will get thin and lose her hair, i like to be thin but not a bean pole like her.

Did your diet get you to you goal? What was the name and do you recommend it for others? I need to lose a few too.

I would be very interested to see what you think of it, i've been drinking it for a while and it's certainly addictive. Must warn you though it's sort of earthy tasting but stick with it cos now I'm used to it i can't get enough!
