Is it better for a guy to be friends first with a girl first or pick her up (pull her) on first meeting.

What do you mean by "pull?"

So - is "pulling" having a shag? Just need to know - it can mean loads of things from arranging a date, to snoggin, to shagging!
I guess it is something to do with getting to know the girl - at least a little bit, if you are into one nighters. Girls are as unsure as you lot.....
Ask the girl, perhaps?Why is it important for you to know whether being friends is better first? Some girls like that, some don't. You will have to learn, through experience, which is which!The important thing is to communicate - never be afraid to ask - gently - about what she wants to happen. The amount of guys that didn't get laid with me because they didn't bother to ask!!! But the guy who did....I am marrying him next year, and he is so going to get laid every day for the rest of his life!!!

Pulling

Pulling is slang for having a shag or getting a girl for a bet or a one night stand usually. Well, from what I've heard anyway. I'm 15, so don't go askin me. lol. Anyway, from what i go by is that you need to get to know the girl for a bit and you need to learn a lot about a girl before actually goin out with em. It's pointless to say you love a person you barely know anythin about, and relationships are meant to be built on love and trust, right? Not that I've ever had a real relationship, cos unfortunately, I've never had a real girlfriend before. lol.

you have the right idea and give those girls time -you will have a girlfriend and she sure will appreciate the fact that you know about needing to get to know a person....funny thing about slang-depends where you are in the world-round here pulling -refers to a hand job....and "hooking up" is the slang for a one night stand or sometimes more-still hooking up!! still it changes so often-im always asking kids what the latest is so i know what they ar talking about!!
