Relationship break up?

After a few months dating, I received a phone call from the guy saying that the relationship is not working for him. He stated that I am probably the best person he could have ever imagined to be with, but that he is in a mental state where he is negative about many things in his life, and that he should not date at all at this point. He kept emphasizing that nothing was wrong with me, all is great including him being physically attracted to me. He says that he knows all of these things rationally, but emotionally, from the gut feeling, he doesn't feel excitement when he sees me, and he realized that at some point during the past few months.

I was almost ready to believe his reasons (though it hurt), when, a few days later, I found he has reactivated his online dating profile - apparently he is ready to date.

What do you think?

Well...

Hunny you really need to forget this guy.

Hes obviously not ready for commitment, Anybody who is in a relationship could tell you that excitement doesnt last forever. Ive been with my partner a year and a half and i love him so much, but i dont get excited when i see him. That to me only lasts the first month or so, known as the 'honeymoon period' but i wouldnt finish with him because he makes me so happy.

He is just using that as an excuse. If he loved you and cared for you enough to be in a relationship then he would put aside his 'Negative' thoughts and try hard at the relationship with you.

Im sorry this as happened to you, i know it must be hard especially when you really like this person.

Good luck babe xx

Forget him!

i know it s easy to say but i think it s the best option for you.
