You could find many many different replies and reactions to your question depending on the lady's personality and also the details behind the situation...

For instance: are you both in love? did you find out or did he confess? was it a "one-off" or is she a mistress? have long have you been together? Are you a forgivin person?

Each person will react according to their own set of principles and what they can live with or not...personally, if I was really in love with that man, I wouldn't be able to truly forgive...and trust again...it would hurt me so much to have to let him go but I know that pretending that I can carry on and forget/forgive this episode would be a lie...
