Help pls does he like me

There was this guy at work..well when we first started talking like alot and when we talk he would smile a big smile but i always haft to talk to him first and i used to catch him staring sometimes...but when I would look away from him hed leave. but he wouldnt look away from me i haft to first.and when we talk he asks if i know anything to do around here..

Hi, dont worry i have had the same problem recently.

From what you are saying it does sound that he does like you and is maybe asking if there is anything to do in your area hoping that you may suggest to do something together.

From your question though you dont say whether you like him but i am assuming that you do as you wouldnt have posted the question on here otherwise.

I know its easier said than done to just ask outright as with working togther you may find it a bit awkward but i would maybe flirt a little back and maybe see where it gets you. Obviously if you are more confident then just ask him outright.

Hi. What i would do in your situation is when he asks anything like do u know anything to do around here tell him theres loads and has he got something in mind then smile if he likes you he will get the hint and then proceed??? Good luck
