What could it be?

Well yesterday was mine and my boyfriends 2week aniversery.He came over to meet the family and just hang out for a while.We had just started kissing like Tuesday.And we were talking bout moving on to french kissing.But I didnt think it would actually happen.Boy was I wrong.We madeout almost all day yesterday.It was amazing.But this morning under my tounge it hurts.Is it just from kissing or could it be serious?I'm kinda worried about it.Any advice or help would be fantastic.

hi my tounges never hurt from kissing too much id just give it a couple of days and if it still hurts go to the docs it'l prob be nothing just one of those strange things. xxxx
