i really like this guy i work with the problem is he is unobtainable as he is married! its not just a looks thing because i have seen better, but its a personality attraction. he is funny, so intelligent, witty, its driving me up the wall. i know he is married and obviously it is morally wrong to act upon it eventhough i have no idea what he feels towards me.

anyone ever been in a similar situation?

I could kind of say I am in the same situation but only thing is the guy and me have a relationship and we get together and spend time with each other. I would advise you to not get involved with a man that is married because someone ends up getting hurt and it could be you. And you said yourself you don't know how he feels about you and maybe you feel this way because you know deep down he doesn't care about you at all.

thanks u guys for your response. i hvae to say that i dont actually know whether he cares about me or not, as i have never let him know how i feel or hinted! deep down i know there is something there but i always stricty keep it professional!

i think that Jahnai, you probably spend time with this guy as i guess you told him how you feel, in my case i havent as i have kept it to myself, so i guess i havent really had the chance to find out. but i understand your comments about getting involved with a man who is married! i guess im finding it a bit diffcult as its more emotional than physical!

Hi there,

I am in the same situation as you. I have a huge crush on a guy at work, who I think is married as he's mentioned his wife, but he doesn't wear a ring on his finger which is odd.

So I haven't acted on it or anything as I don't think he is interested. I brought a valentines day card yesterday and I'm going to put it somewhere at work where I know he'll find it but I'm not going to sign my name, I want him to work it out that it's from me.

You could do the same, it might help.
