Please give advice..so so confused

i have already written in this forum before and found advice so helpful that i really want some more. i am going out with a man who i am truly madly and deeply inlove with, we have the very occassional tiff over trivial stuff but never had any major fallings out or anything. as this is my first relationship i have always turned to my best friend for advice etc and have felt she has always given me good, honest advice, like telling me i overreacted to something he did and should apologies, or vice versa...but its always been just silly little trivial things. he has never done anything to really really upset me..
then all of a sudden she dropped a bombshell on me yesterday and told me that she thought my boyfriend was exactly the same as her ex and was manipulating and she told me although she thought we would be together for a long time but that she doesnt think we will last. this has totally knocked me for six. now im questioning my feelings for my boyfriend and i dont know whether it is because she is right or simply because she has said this and it is making me over think. i cant stop thinking about what she said and im so so confused about my feelings. yesterday i loved this man with all my heart now i feel unsure and totally perplexed. i keep thinking what if she's right and if it was fair of her to have said this to me. i think she was only trying to help but i wish i never spoke to her about it. she is happy in a new realtionship and know she would never say anything to upset me on purpose but i cant help feeling she has been insensitive saying this to me and im desperate for things to be like they were with my boyfriend.

please please help me.x

if she has always given you good advice in the past why would you think the advice she is giving you now isn't. But I am wondering when she came to this conclusion about your boyfriend, You should ask her if she has always felt this way about your boyfriend and if she has why is she just telling you this now.

Thankyou for advice and yes..

she recently split up with her ex who treated her very badly but now she is happy in a new realtionship with a man she loves so i am really confused about why she has said this, my relationship with my boyfriend is nothing like the one she had with her ex. my boyfriend is wonderful to me and treats me like a princess. we do bicker now and then and i always talk to her, simply to vent my feelings, my boyfriend does not treat me with the disrespect that her ex did to her. i do get upset when i have done something to upset my boyfriend and she thinks that he is manipultating me into thinking i am in the wrong even if im not, but i think she is wrong. he will always apologies if he thinks he has annoyed or upset me. she seems to think that im putting up with him because its my first relationship and i dont know any better becuase i have nothing to compare it to.
i really love my boyfriend but i dont like that she is thinking like this, it is worrying and confusing me.
