I feel so lost

My finace and I had been together for a while and we we're so close like best friends, anyway we broke up a week ago because of some bad bad reasons and I was so set on not being with him because I was so unhappy, but now I feel so lost and alone. but I really cannot get back with him as he hurt me so much. I don't know what to do
