Jealousy

hey!

I am a very jealous person with my boyfriend and i absoloutly hate it, it is something that i am desperatly wanting to be rid of. Its strange because i can think a woman is gorgeous, like her hair style, dress sense, or something like that, when im on my own, but with my boyfriend i turn into the green eyed monster super cow, and its something i hate!!!!!!

i need to know if im absoloutly the only one who is like this? i know i need to change, and if anyone else has beat their demons, then i would love to hear from you!!!!

Your not alone - I used to be exactly the same - Its something very hard to get out of - I constantly looked for reasurance from my partner & probably came across needy & weak - and yes it does leave you feeling angry at yourself and almost depressed...
The way I kind of got around this was i unfortunatley broke up from my other half - and now looking back I can see how I truely was - I spent about 10 monthson my own and didnt even want a bloke - I learnt alot about myself and being on my own - & how woman are like tea bags (bit weird) but you never know your true stregth untill your in hot water ...
Dealing with things on your own and learning to be indipendant helped me alot - and I now know in my mind - I am a nice person with a lot to give ... so if my man wants to look anywere else then more fool him...
by the way - i am in a new relationship now - and we often watch tv and comment on if the girls pretty etc etc - Its all about being confident with who you are and feeling good enough ....
Self confidence seems to be ab issue with you - just learn to love yourself
