Does it mean anything when u sleep with an ex? am very confused- please help

Hi,

I have written here before but no1 replied and i would really appreciate some help
I was with my ex for two years, we adored eachother but we split when i had a miscarriage and i met someone else. We started talking again in march when i rung him. I was really upset and he came straight over nothing happened that night he just cuddled me all night but eventually we started sleeping together and it fizzled out after a couyple of months, since then i cant stop thinking about him. We met recently and we slept together. it was a really nice night we spoke about our relationship and he said if we ever got back together he wouldnt trust me at first and his barriers would be up. I told him i completely understood this. He suggested meeting up again and i have spoken to him since but he just said that he is really busy with work and will contact me. We have spoken and he seems intrested in whats going on with my life etc but i dont know whether I could tell him how i feel, i seem to call him when i have had a drink because im just not brave enough to suggest meeting when i am sober. How do i deal with it? I dont know where to go from here or how to handle it because i dont want to push him away completely and be left with nothing

Should i leave it completely?

Thanks for any advice

Be honest

Hiya

I personally think you just need to be honest with this guy about how you really feel, I don't believe in playing games as it gets you no where in the long run, at least if you are honest and tell him how you are feeling (sober) then you will find out how he really feels and whether there is something worth fighting for.

I don't believe exes work as friends, I've tried it and it doesn't when feelings are invloved. If he doesn't feel the same then you know you just have to move on as hard as it is, its better in the long run, you don't want to sit there secretly hoping something will happen if it won't. Life is too short for all that!

I do hope it works out but try wearing your heart on your sleeve and see what happens.

Good luck x
