So confused about were things going

im new to this forum im normally on the expecting and B&T but i have a issue and kinda hope for some advice.

well im 20 married for nearly a year to a 25 year old i have one child and am now expecting my next (only 7 weeks)
well this morning we had a arguement and quite recently i been feeling so down about myself like im ugly and there better out there for him (we have had a fair few split ups were he gone pof with this one woman every time)
well in this arguement i asked him if he finds me attractive he said yes but looked away i asked am i the best looking you been with again he said yes looking away which didnt make me belive what he was saying so sad this may sound i asked him to swear on all opur lifes and he just repeated u are fit and attractive well eventually i got out of him tht he has seen fitter and straight after him saying this he went on one and left.
now im sat here thinking is this girl he kept going of with th onewho is better looking than me or does he mean models or another perso :S
my next worry is when my first child was 2 months we split cos he wanted more (sexual stuff) and i cudnt give this played with my daughter and we was on and off for about 4 months till he decided he wanted to settle with me even since we been married at the beging of this year he went of and met tht woman again. now being 7 weeks pregnant and him walked out not noing if he coming back or if he truly wants us to be together im woundering weather its a good idea not to bring this child into the world i dont want it to go throu what my daughter did. i have no friends to surport me nor family tht will surport me so its gonna be me alone.

Well, first of all, welcome to this forum.
second, if ya have something to get off your chest, you can type all night and it's fine.
I understand that you may feel unattractive towards him, but appearance isn't everything. I'd be more concerned if he told you he'd never seen better looking, cos that'd mean he's a liar; I don't mean that as an insult, but nobody can say the person they settle with is the best looking person they've ever seen in their entire life, be it an everyday person in the street or a model. He isn't just with you because of your appearance. He's also with you because of your personality.
You should be more confident with who you are; show him you're the best person he could be with, show him the reason he fell in love with you in the first place.
I understand your concern about this other person. Last thing you should be doing is stressing out whilst pregnant. If you wish, you can attempt to chase down this thing about this other woman, but that may cause you further stress and could push him away.
I can't really suggest much, sorry, but all I can say is that you should try to push your personality back into his face, show him why he's with you and why he won't want anyone else but you. And don't worry about your appearance; I'm sure you're good looking and he must think so, too.
