Im 17 and ive noticed lately when i cum its not runny like it use to be.. it shoots out runny but it turns kinda a hard really fast.. it kinda feels like softchews or sumthing around that lines.. whats going on? this has never happened before

Your seminal volume is usually reduced (watery) when you are encountering frequent sexual intercourse or masturbation.
Your symptoms seem to be the reverse of this and so i could guess that you may have reduced your sexual activity recently.
It is usually nothing to worry yourself over, but if you do have any concerns, then pop along to your local GP and they can advise you more thouroughly.
