Dont know what to do, please help

I have been married to my wife for 10 years. The problem that I am facing is that my wife tells me that she is loosing interest in having sex and even when we have sex she is not excited about it and I do all of the work. Could someone please tell me what to do.

doing little things like a dirty txt msg before she finished work or even when ure sat right next to her could turn her on.Or if you spice up the bedroom a bit like putting rose petals on the bed with some wine.You also need to time it right: sorry to get girly on you but the best time to arouse your lady if you dont already know is during the second week after her period as she is ovulating and the hromones are all over the place,hehe. If sex are a arranged thing it will get boring, maybe you wife would like you so just grab her and start, don't ask her if she wants to just suprise her. I promise you it will work, but your timing must be right, dont try it when she's busing with the kids.

I usually don't ask her if she would want to have sex. Usually I would start by touching or by kissing, however when I do this i get all sort of excuses and I am the type of person who does not like to inforce himself so I shy away she gives me an excuse. But she tells me you have to try in a different way. Do you have any suggestions?

Lost interest

Have you got children together. Maybe she doesnt like to have sex in case you wake them etc. How about getting out and booking a room. It could be like the courting days and who knows where it will lead. Maybe she would like a bit of danger and do it outside in the park etc. this can make things more intense for both of you.
It doesnt have to be sex though. Sometimes emotions make us feel a little different and we do go off of things like that. Gently stroking her shoulders whilst she lays in bed can make her feel more loved than sex. Try not thinking of sex for a month or so and just give her a kiss on the back and gently stroke her. It may restart her engine.
But never fear the worst. If you trust her then trust that she does love you and let time sort it out..These things do pass..
