I agree, trying it with the light off would help. Don't feel insecure though! The more you're thinking about your stomach the less turned on you'll get. If he wants to have sex with you chances are he's attracted to you and likes you no matter what you think of yourself. Just try some different on top positions and try and get a feel for them.
