Anyone got any surefire tips on how to get to the next stage with a guy. I'm not a little girl but a fully grown woman and i've never had so much trouble.

Had some serious flirting with a guy and some pretty saucy texts - what we want to do to one another etc but we rarely see each other outside work.

This has been going on way too long and i am now at the 'now or never stage'. Any suggetions to get him to the next level like NOW??

Anything at all. Short of stradling him at his desk and not letting him leave until it's done i can't think of anything else!
