Caution!
With all due respect to thelady who advised you to hold yourself when having a wee, don't do this on a regular basis. (i work in a hospital and have this one on authority from the doctors) If you hold your muscles during peeing to stop yourself , you may end up with a water infection. It' s something to do with the wee going back into the upper tube and taking germs up there with it. I 'm guilty of doing this myself occasionally just to see how good my pelvic muscles are working, but not on a regular basis... deffinately do the pelvic floor muscles, they do make a difference, but not when weeing. Also, boots, used to do some weights that you put in your vagina (you increase the weights as your muscles develop), but I have never used them. The pf excersises seem to be good. As for the noises, this could be because the vaginal flaps may be more open after having children (and I'm only guessing), thus allowing more air into the vagina, however this does NOT mean the actual vagina (your internal area) in neccessarily bigger than before childbirth, so best to sit and talk to your partner and explain you're a bit embarrassed with the noise thing, and I bet he really doesn't care. In my experience, men notice far less than we women do, we just tend to worry about things they don't even care about.x
