Considering that you were in the middle of an orgasmic bliss, your pelvic muscles and anal sphincter in particular were probably very relaxed in a letting go mode and can lead to ...a bowel movement if your bowels were not emptied, or depending what you ate the previous day or general diet which determine what's in your intestine.
