Help! fallen in love with a wedding dress but do not know who the designer is or where to buy?

Hi All

I absolutely love this wedding dress and found it on the internet but unfortunately do not know who the designer is or where I could buy it from? If anyone could point me in the right direction or recognises it then please get back to me asap. The alternative would be to have it made but if I can find the dress I would rather just buy it. Any help would be appreciated.
