I've just discovered buckwheat crepes! They're really tasty and so fiiling, anyone who hasn't tried them yet, well you don't know what you're missing!

Hi Sarah, yes I use buckwheat flour. You can get it in the organic section of Tesco's, but I guess you'd find it in most other supermarkets or health shops.
