Where to find french conversion chart

I am in the U.S. and I would like to have a french food conversion chart tpo make some of the delicious recipes I found on your website. The Chocolate Cream recipe calls for light liquid cream (5% butterfat) and I do not know what it is. I think the full cream milk may be whole milk but I would like confirmation on that too. I would appreciate any help you could give.

It converts UK names to US ones as a lot of the recipse on soFeminine are with UK names. Hope it helps a bit!
