Salt and chicken pepper
Not sure if this is quite what you're looking for but found this "salt and pepper chicken" recipe on the beeb, don't know if it's Chinese or not though:
Ingredients vegetable oil 500-600g/1lb 2oz-1lb 5oz chicken breast, cut into strips 1 green chilli, chopped tbsp salt 1 tbsp cracked black pepper 3-4 tbsp clear honey 2 limes, zest and juice handful fresh coriander, chopped poppadums oil/butter sesame and/or poppy seeds paprika
Method 1. Heat a wok or frying pan to high. Add a little vegetable oil and heat until smoking hot. Stir fry the chicken until the meat is sealed and starting to brown. 2. Add the chilli, salt and pepper, cook for a few seconds before adding the honey, lime zest and juice, continue cooking until the meat is glazed and cooked through. Finally add the fresh coriander. 3. To prepare the poppadums: brush with oil or butter and sprinkle with sesame and/or poppy seeds and a pinch of paprika. Microwave on high for 15 seconds. 4. To serve, tip the chicken onto a bowl and serve with poppadums and a selection of chutneys and relishes, mango or lime chutney, raita, tomato and onion relish.
