Recipes from seychelles please!!!

My friend and I meet at each others houses once a fortnight.At the beginning of the year we put 24 country names in a bag.We pick one each every time we meet..and that is the menu we have to cook.So far all has been straight forward but I have pulled Seychelles out and am a bit stuck any help anyone?

Sorry in the delay in answering,I have been away and just returned this morning. In reply,yes,we had a great evening,finding the recipes on this link.I had a starter of prawns and mango with a spicey dressing,followed by a chicken dish.The dessert was a papaya and coconut crumble.All washed down with with wine which I afraid did not come from the Seychelles.My next evening is a Greek evening which is much more copable!!

I hope you are still in contact with this site ?? . As the summer has now drawn to a close so therefor no Pimms in the garden (even with a chimenia!!) Our neighbours and us have decided to entertain in doors. After entering our friends Wii olympiccs we decided to hold a dinner party with the theme of whoever won .... yes you guessed it the Seychelles and we have been tasked with the starters .. any ideas something with prawns and spice sound good . A good recipe would help. Many thanbks in advance .

I am urgently in need of The recipe called Poisson Seychellois - I know vaguely it is cooked as a whole fish with lemon, tamarin, chilies etc but I want to have the exact recipe - Is it cooked in the oven or grill etc and all the exact ingredients - Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
