Party food

Ok, am having a NYE party and want to put some nibbles out. Has anyone got any really original ideas? Already doing salmon and blini, various nuts and vegetable crip things, mini baked potatoes with sour cream, salad etc...
Any ideas would be appreciated!

Party food

Stuffed Red Peppers always go down a treat. Cut peppers in half lengthways. Put in microwave for approx 5 mins. Meanwhile make couscous (Ainsley Harriott does some flavoured varieties) with boiled water. After a few minutes stuff peppers with couscous and top with grated cheese. Just before serving put them back in the microwave until peppers are soft. Serve immediately.

There's a vegetable tart in the Recipe Section - you dont have to be a veggie too enjoy these recipes.

stuffed red peppers sound lovely. I do a roast veg and couscous sald that always goes down quite well.
