Well I guess almost no one here knows what it is.
Its a typical mexican slow cooker, I love it its so easy to make and has a great taste of cinnamon, black pepper and coriander.

I amke a great chicken with sun-dried tomatoes in a creamy sauce wth a touch of tarragon, it's soo tasty!
