Todays receipe: earl-grey-cake

Hi!

Id like to try to bake the earl-grey-cake from todays "receipe of the day".
Unfortuately I come from germany and cant get the self raising flour.
What could I take instead?

use ordinary flour and a bit of yeast - you can buy sachets maybe? happy baking!
