Scallops, help!

Hi I have bought these slimey white and orange things (expensive!) cos my husband who is very fussy said he'd like to try them. He doesn't go for sauces or anything.
How should I cook them with a bit of lemon, and would garlic overpower them?

try patting scallops dry with a paper towel, wrap with bacon secure with wooden tooth picks deep fry till bacon is crisp, serve hoisin sauce on the side, cskate

there are several recipes for scallops in the cooking section..i've just done the scallop and mango salad,was lush.

Hi thanks for replying...I didn't do very well with them, they were gritty & didn't sear on the edges. Expensive mistake...hay ho
