Italian desserts

Hi, Does anyone have a recipe for an Italian Dessert which does not use alcohol? My daughter wants one for her Food Tech Homework.

There are

a lot of cakes without alchol. A very simple dessert is 'tiramisù. I'm eating it tomorrow evening.
I'm Italian, let me know what do you prefer.

tiramisu has marsala, but you can make it without.
i think for almost all of the desserts you can do the same thing.

I make it without, it is not important to put an alchol there. If you like with, you can put grand marnier, chocolate liquor and so on. I prefer tiramisu with 'pavesini' and not 'savoiardi' (sponge fingers). You can put cream or whiped cream(panna) or ricotta like cheese instead of mascarpone. The original one is with savoiardi and mascarpone.
