Par boil

Cut the chips and par boil them for about 3 minutes until they are soft. Make sure oven is very hot *(220C) put on a pre heated tray at top of oven until golden brown. Better than chip shop!!

Oven chips..

Hi, Make sure your baking tray is hot, and the oven is very hot. !
And of course you are cooking them for long enough, but if you over cook they will be very dry!.
Do you not make them in the fryer? Mine are homemade, in fryer until just turning golden, then i take out the basket for 5 mins, put back in till cooked, nice crispy chips!

Chrispy chips

Well All I do is boil them for 3 min first.

Chel
